Our 
Story

Karen Sullivan, Owner

30+ years in the restaurant business (from the front of the house to the back of the house) led me to launch Maisie's, a one-of-a-kind catering experience and event space in the Capital Region.

My family is my number one priority and to me, my customers are like family. I have always loved hosting, planning and attending parties and events- and bring that love of the experience of a very special party to everything I do at Maisie's. As I learned when I decorated Colonie Center Mall for many Christmas seasons... it's all about the details!
